At Maveshi Mandi, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our app and website.

3. Data retention

We retain your data as long as it is necessary to:

• Provide the app's core functionality.
• Comply with legal obligations.

If you delete your account or request data deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems unless we are required to retain it for legal compliance.

4. Data deletion process

You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated data. You can do this in either way:

A. In-app / web request (signed-in users)

Use our dedicated page (sign in with the account you want removed): Request account & data deletion. Your request is reviewed by our team. When approved, your listings, stored media, and account record are removed, and your Firebase authentication account is deleted where technically possible.

B. Request by email

Send an email to shaniexee090@gmail.com with:

• Subject line: Data Deletion Request
• The email address associated with your login (e.g. Google sign-in)
• Whether you want your entire account deleted or only specific data (e.g. certain listings)

Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity, confirm the deletion scope, and remove your data from our systems. You will receive a confirmation email when processing is complete.

5. Security measures

• User data is stored securely (e.g. Firebase and our application database) using industry-standard practices.
• Access to operational data is restricted to authorized personnel.
